To Place An Order:
Orders can be placed through our on-line store or by calling 
(800) 650-15620.  We take Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  We also take payments directly from Pay Pal.  All credit cards transactions are made through Pay Pal using a secure server.  To maintain security, critical credit card information is destroyed as each transaction is completed.  A minimum order of $25 is required.

If an item is not readily available, out of stock, or subject to a manufacturer's delay, or requires special handling; a Cruisermarine.com representative will notify you.

Direct Factory Shipments (Drop Ship):
Items shipped directly from the supplier/manufacturer are billed at the time of order.  Cruisermarine.com will make its best efforts to provide an expected ship date from the supplier/manufacturer and to supply a tracking number as part of the shipping acknowledgement. 

Pricing And Availability:
Please note that prices are subject to market conditions and therefore may change without notice. Certain products may be withdrawn from sale at any time or may not be continuously in inventory. Check online for the most current pricing and c

Sales Tax:
Cruisermarine.com is not obligated to collect sales tax on any orders shipped to a destination other than California.

Return Policy:
We want you to be a satisfied customer, and we need your help to maintain our wide selection, name brands, low prices. A Return Material Authorization ( RMA) number is required.  Please call 
(800) 650-1562 or email support@cruisermarine.com for an RMA number.

Cut chain, cut rope, custom dock lines, rub rail and other custom orders are not returnable.

30-Day Returns:
Except as noted above, products in ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 30 days for a full exchange or refund of merchandise price. A restocking fee may apply.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds: Any refund that is due will be made when the returned product arrives at the seller's location.

Defective Products / Warranty Information:
Please contact us for defect and warranty issues. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues.

Damaged Or Missing Goods Shipped By Parcel Carrier:  We suggest that you thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, please contact Cruisermarine.com immediately at (800) 650-1562. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Damaged Goods Shipped By Truck:
All truck shipments must be inspected with the driver present. If a complete inspection is not possible with the driver present, sign for as "pending inspection" and note any signs of damage to carton or product. Do not discard the packaging. If damage is found with the driver present, do not accept shipment and contact Cruisermarine.com immediately at 
(800) 650-1562.

Return Destination:  Cruisermarine.com is located at 2549 Eastbluff Drive, Suite 376, Newport Beach, CA 92660.  In certain cases returns can be made to this location and in other cases it is best to make a return directly to the manufacturer of the product.  Please call (800) 650-1562 or support@cruisermarine.com for an RMA number and a destination.
